Ten years ago, I would not have recommended a reverse mortgage for my parents. Today, with added safety features and newly added programs, the reverse mortgage deserves a second look.
I am not your average reverse mortgage loan originator.  I partner with my clients after the loan is done, and assist them with questions and concerns and check in with them a few times per year, including birthdays!
I have over 33 years of lending experience and 10 years with the reverse mortgage. I make a reverse mortgage video unique to each person’s situation before they sign any paperwork to make sure they understand how the loan works. There is no rush and people should not feel pressured into getting a reverse mortgage.
